Born out of the pandemic, The Comfort Table Food Company became a means of providing wholesome, nutritious and comforting meals to families in their own home. It also serves to calm the everyday chaos by eliminating the stress of dinner planning.

When you welcome The Comfort Chef into your home, you will instantly feel a huge weight lifted off your shoulders. 

The stress of weeknight meal planning and healthy eating will melt like butter, which I don't think is bad for you...in moderation. And you will spend less time cooking and more time recounting your day with the family as you share stories around the dinner table with your family, enjoying good food, good for you.

 I am a strong advocate for eating well. Consuming a rainbow of foods all in moderate and appropriate proportions is my definition of a well rounded diet. Whole foods and ingredients with the least amount of processing will achieve the most nutritious meals that will nourish the mind and body.  

 So what's the take home? Nothing. Everything will already be in the comfort of your own home & kitchen.
