About The Comfort Chef

I am an aspiring Registered Dietician studying at Toronto Metropolitan University. I currently work in early childcare systems to providing nutritional guidance and food literacy to educators and parents.

After working in restaurant foodservice and hospitality for two decades, I am on a new career path, dedicated to improving food literacy in succeeding generations starting from a young age.

 Food is my ultimate passion. I love to cook with flavour, spices and herbs. I like strong, bold and balancing ingredients. Dishes need texture and variety! And it should have a little heat.
