The Comfort Table Food Company provides the means for wholesome, nutritious and comforting meals to families in their own home.  It also serves to calm the everyday chaos by eliminating stresses in meal planning. 

Hi, I'm Jennifer, The Comfort Chef. And I love the home kitchen. It is my comfort zone: a place of healing, creativity, exploration. I am passionate about whole foods, cultural foods, and comfort foods.  As an advocate for eating well, I believe in a balanced diet  made mostly of whole, minimally processed foods. I support and encourage consuming a rainbow of fruits and vegetables each day to provide a variety of daily nutrients that will nourish the mind and body.  

Comfort Table is here to assist families in developing healthy dietary patterns, which start with eating at home.  I wish to assist families in reaching their health goals through personalized guidance in nutrition and food.   I will provide simple ways to improve dietary patterns, manage groceries and organize the kitchen so that families can find more time to recount their day together, while share stories alongside their thoughtfully prepared meals.
